Loved this app but just recently it has started not tracking correctly. How can we get miles for our shelter when it doesn't work? I see a lot of people having the same problem and nobody is acknowledging it or updating the app with a bug fix. What's going on?
I can't find Canine Rescue of Dillsburg PA, which is the charity I am trying to support with this.
This app worked great when I first started to use it about 1.5-2 years ago, however, now it no longer tracks the miles we walk, only the time. In addition, it will randomly pause itself during a walk or unpause during a stop. Super frustrating! I use this with another app, and this app when it does record the mileage, is always off by atleast a mile or so. Definitely needs fixing!
This app no longer works. Too bad, as I really liked it back when it was working. I liked that I could just record/track my walks without all the extraneous nonsense that most step-counters include, AND that I could help the rescue I volunteer with at the same time. Now I have to find another walk tracker. :(
As others have mentioned, App Doesn't update or track at all, and it also doesn't follow the logic in FAQ as how points and levels are achieved. It was a great ideas and I used it as a challenge to my pup and myself while doing a great cause. I don't mind the ads if it does what it is designed for but now is just an app to see ads. Unfortunately it's useless and I'll uninstall.
Love the idea of this app and I used to love using it, but whatever update happened last week with android has completely broken it. We can go for 3 miles walk and it records 0 or 1 or maybe 3. The map is incredibly flaky now- doesn't track where you are actually walking; could be just a straight line from home to furthest point then back again. That coupled with the lack of feedback (what is my charity actually getting from my efforts?) has led me to finally uninstall.
I have location enabled but for some reason it still doesn't register that I've moved. I can walk 2 miles and it reads as 0. Very frustrating. Also i can't remove a dog (was using a temp fake dog as i during have one when I first signed up).

It seems many of us are having the same problem. The app was tracking my walks fine until this past week, now it's missing entire sections of my walks.
